本人確認書類でご住所が確認出来ない場合またはご本人確認ができない場合は、ご予約を取り下げさせていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
※画像不備などにより使用できなかった本人確認書類は、廃棄させていただきます。
社会保険証
表紙および「番号」「お名前」「ご生年月日」「ご住所」のページの写真を、1枚の画像としてアップロードしてください。
在留カード
有効期間が1ヶ月以上残っており、住所記載があるものに限ります。「表面」「裏面」両方の写真をアップロードください。住所変更の有無に関わらず裏面の写真も併せてアップロードしてください。

Social Insurance card :
Please upload the both front & back side of your Social Insurance card that shows your Insurance card number , Name , Date of Birth & Address.
Resident Card / Special Permanent Resident Certificate
Please upload the both front & back side of your Resident card that shows your Insurance card number , Name , Date of Birth & Address. Please note that validity of your resident card should be more than 1 month from the lease start date.
