＜10万円の物件に31日入居する場合＞
入居日程が、4月9日から5月10日の際は、
4月分（4月9日〜4月30日の22日間）：100,000 ÷ 30 × 22 = 73,333円
5月分（5月1日〜5月9日の9日間）：100,000 ÷ 31 × 9 = 29,032円
の合計102,365円をお支払いいただきます。

入居日程が、4月20日から5月21日の際、
4月分（4月20日〜4月30日の11日間）：100,000 ÷ 30 × 11 = 36,666円
5月分（5月1日〜5月21日の21日間）：100,000 ÷31 × 21 = 67,741円
の合計104,407円をお支払いいただきます。

If the lease period is from April 9th to May 10th:
