当社へのお支払い方法：

保証会社へのお支払い方法：
銀行引き落としまたはクレジットカードがご利用頂けます。
詳細につきましては保証会社に直接お問い合わせ下さい。
【お支払いのタイミングと内訳】
■ 初回のお支払い：当社へのお支払い。
保証会社利用なしの場合
・予約手数料＋清掃費＋初月家賃の日割り分＋初月共益費の日割り分＋2ヵ月目の家賃＋2ヵ月目の共益費
保証会社利用ありの場合
・予約手数料＋清掃費＋初回保証料＋初月家賃の日割り分＋初月共益費の日割り分
※入居開始日が各月11日～末日の場合、2ヵ月目の家賃＋2ヵ月目の共益費 も合わせて初回お支払い時にご請求となります。
■ 毎月のお支払い：当社または保証会社へのお支払い（物件・ご契約内容により異なります。）
・毎月の家賃および共益費
■ 最終お支払い：物件・ご契約内容により異なります。
保証会社利用なしの場合
退去2ヶ月前のお支払いとなります。
・退去月の前月の家賃＋共益費
・退去月の家賃＋共益費の日割り分
保証会社利用ありの場合
・退去月の家賃＋共益費の日割り分
■ 最終お支払い後：当社または保証会社へのお支払い（物件・ご契約内容により異なります。）
・退去後の設備・備品破損や残置物撤去費用等、追加料金があった場合に発生致します。

【自動支払いについて】
当社に全ての賃料等をお支払いいただくご契約のお客様は、クレジットカード自動支払いをご選択頂けます。
ご選択された場合、次回以降のお支払いは、初回にご利用いただいたクレジットカードより、毎月末日の4日前に自動チャージとなります。

【Payment Methods】
Payment to OYO LIFE:
Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard/JCB/AMEX/Diners) and Electronic Payment designated by the Company such as PayPay are accepted.
Payment to guarantee company:
Bank transfer or credit cards are accepted. Please contact your guarantee company for more details.
【Payment timing and breakdown】
Initial payment: to be paid to OYO LIFE
・Booking Handling Fee + Cleaning Fee + Daily rent and utility fees of the first month + The 2nd month rent + The 2nd month utility fees.
Every month payment: to be paid to OYO LIFE or guarantee company (differs depends on the property and your contract)
・Monthly rent and utility fees
Last payment: differs depends on the property and your contract
■If you are paying to OYO LIFE
You will have to pay 2 months before your lease end month
・The 2nd last month's rent + utility fees + last month's rent (based on a prorated basis for number of days) + utility fees
■If you are paying to guarantee company
・Last month's rent (based on a prorated basis for number of days) + utility fees
After the last payment: to be paid to OYO LIFE or guarantee company (differs depends on the property and your contract)
・Will be charged only if there is any additional fees (such as loss or damage of room items)
【Reference】
e.g.) Contract from January 1st to June 15th, if you are paying directly to OYO LIFE for all the payment
※Please note that this is an example and it may be different depending on your contract period or contract content.
【Recurring / Auto debit Payment Information】
If you are paying directly to OYO LIFE for all the payment, you are able to sign up for automatic recurring payment.
The payments will be automatically charged 4 days before the end of every month to the registered credit card.
【PayPay Payment Information】
The payment will be deducted from PayPay.
Please notice the limit of the payment in the last 24 hours and in the last 30 days.
PayPay also limits the amount of the charge for the last 24 hours and in the last 30 days.
