契約期間内は、契約時の料金が適用されるため変更はございません。
ただし、新契約の場合は、新契約お申込み時点での賃料および共益費が適用となります。

賃料は契約開始日や契約期間等によっても変動いたします。
詳細につきましては、入居案内または退去案内メールより、注意事項をご確認の上、お申込みくださいませ。

（同じ物件に継続してご入居いただく場合は、新契約の扱いとなります。あらかじめご了承ください。）

The rent agreed upon contract will not be changed during the lease period.
The rent fluctuates depending on the lease start date, lease period, and the balance of supply and demand, etc. so that the rent at the time of application will be reflected to customer's contract. Please refer to the clarification in the Move In or Move Out emails.

(If the customer wishes to keep staying at their current property, they will need to sign another lease agreement (new contract), and the rent at the time of application will be applicable to new contract, which may differ from the rent upon previous contract.)
