2名以上入居可能な物件の場合で、同居人が入居する場合

同居人数あたり追加共益費として5000円が発生致します。

また、ご同居人様の身分証明書等もご提出が必要となります。

In case of any additional tenant check in to the property  5000JPY of additional utility fee will be charged.
