ご契約締結前キャンセルについて

（１）初期費用お支払い後、契約締結前に申込みを撤回したい場合、通知日が契約開始日から起算して61日以上前の場合は、支払い済み初期費用から予約手数料を控除した金額をご返金致します。

（２）初期費用お支払い後、契約締結前に申込みを撤回したい場合、通知日が契約開始日から起算して60日以内の場合は、以下のとおり、申込みの撤回日から申込みに係る契約期間開始日までの日数に応じて、違約金が発生致します。

契約締結後変更・キャンセル

契約締結後、入居前の契約内容変更・キャンセルは受け付けておりません。
ご契約締結後は、入居日から31日間以降で、30日以上前の事前通知をもって、中途解約が可能となります。
契約内容に準じて、別途解約違約金が発生する場合がございます。

Cancellation prior to the conclusion of contract

Any cancellation requested 61 days prior to the check in date will be refunded except Booking Fee.
Any cancellation requested 60 days would be regarded as the Revocation Date. The initial payment made by the customer will be refunded after deductions set out below:

Cancellation after concluding the contract

Cancellation after concluding the contract is treated as early termination of lease agreement is subject to penalized and needed 31 days prior notification. Please refer to your lease agreement.
