ご契約開始日前日16時～17時に入居案内メールをご登録されているメールに送付させていただきます。
ご入居案内メール内に鍵のお受け取り方法を記載しております。
受け取り方法は主に２種類です。
【キーボックス】
鍵を受け渡す際のボックスです。暗証番号を入居案内メールに記載しておりますので、暗証番号を使用してボックスを解除し、鍵の受け取りが可能です。
設置場所も入居案内メール内に記載しております。
※詳しい解除方法などにつきましては、ご契約開始日前日に送付させていただきます入居案内メールに添付されている資料をご確認ください。
【キーステーション】
鍵を受け渡す際のボックス型の機械です。暗証番号を入居案内メールに記載しておりますので、暗証番号を使用してボックスを解除し、鍵の受け取りが可能です。
物件の周辺、または物件から離れた場所に設置されている場合がございますので、事前に受け取り場所を入居案内メールにてご確認ください。

※キーステーションの設置条件により、物件から最短距離のコンビニ等に設置されていない場合もございます
予め、入居案内メールのキーステーション設置場所をご確認ください。
You will receive an access email around 4 to 5 PM on the day before your lease start date.
The detailed key information can be found in the email.
There are mainly two types of key pick-up.
【Keybox】
You will receive your key from a keybox.
You can find your PIN code to open the keybox in the access email.
The location of the keybox is also written in the access email.
【Key Station】
It is a box type machine for receiving keys.
Your PIN code to unlock the Key Station can be found in the access email.
The location of the Key Station may be or may not be around the property, so please check the location in advance by the access email.
