入居案内メールに記載されているキーボックス設置場所とご自身がお探しいただいている場所に相違がないかご確認ください。
正しいお部屋のポストを開けているかご確認いただき、ポストの中を隅々までご確認ください。
見つからない場合は、お手数おかけしますがこちらまでお問い合わせください。

Please make sure that you are at the right location where the access email designates.

If it is in the mailbox, please make sure that you are opening the right mailbox. 

Please look inside the mailbox thoroughly.

If you are not able to find the Keybox after checking with above, please contact us here.

【キーボックスが開かない｜Cannot open Keybox】

①ラインに正しく番号が合わせられているかご確認ください。
②取っ手がシルバーのタイプでボックス左上にスライドのボタンがあるものは
スライドしながら取っ手部分を引き上げて下さい。

上記をお試しになっても開かない場合は、大変恐縮ですが、こちらまでお問い合わせください。
（※入居案内サポートは18時までとなりますので、18時前にご入居いただきますようお願いいたします。）

①Please check that the numbers are correctly aligned on the line.

②If its handle is silver and it has the slide button on the upper left of the box, please pull up the handle while sliding the button.
