【キーステーションとは｜About Key Station】
無人で鍵の受け取りができる機械です。
入居案内メールにコードをお送りしておりますので、コード入力で鍵の受け取りが可能となります。
物件から離れている場所に設置されている場合もございますので、事前にご確認をお願いいたします。
It is a box type machine for receiving keys.
Your PIN code to unlock the Key Station can be found in the access email.
The location of the Key Station may be around the property, so please check the location in advance by the access email.
【キーステーションが見付からない｜Cannot find Key Station】
入居案内メールに記載されているキーステーション設置場所にいるかご確認ください。
ファミリーマートやSoftbankショップに設置のキーステーションの場合は、近隣に複数の店舗がある場合がございますので、正しい店舗であるかご確認ください。
店舗内で確認できない場合、キーステーションの場所は店内のどこにあるか店員の方にお尋ねください。
Please make sure that you are at the right location where the access email designate.
If it is in a FamilyMart or Softbank shop, please make sure that you are in the right store since there may be multiple stores nearby.
If you are not able to find the Key station inside the store, Please ask a FamilyMart staff.
【キーステーションの扉が開かない｜Cannot open Key Station door】
①正しい設置場所にいるか入居案内メールと照らし合わせてご確認ください。
②画面のパネルではなく正しくボタンを押しているか確認してください。
③ご案内した番号を正しくご入力されたかご確認ください。
④解除できなかった場合は、こちらまでご連絡ください。
（※入居案内サポートは18時までとなりますので、18時前にご入居いただきますようお願いいたします）
①Please make sure that you are at the right location where the access email designates.
②Please make sure to push the button correctly, not the screen.
③Please check the code provided was input correctly.
④If you are not able to open the Key Station door after trying above, please contact us here.
（※Our support hour is from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please check in during this time.）
【キーステーションから鍵が取り出せない｜Cannot take out key from Key Station】
扉は開いたが、キーステーションから鍵が取れない場合、
①点滅している番号のみ鍵が取り出せますので、点滅している箇所をご確認ください。
（※他の鍵で点滅場所が隠れている場合もございますのでご確認をお願いいたします）
②取り出せない場合、こちらまでお問い合わせください。
（※入居案内サポートは18時までとなりますので、18時前にご入居いただきますようお願いいたします）
In case the door of the Key Station is opened but the key cannot be taken out,
①You can take the key out from the slot which has a blinking lamp. Please look for a blinking lamp.
※Please check that the blinking lamp may be hidden by another key.
②If you are not able to take out the key, please contact us here.
※Our support hour is from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please check in during this time.
