1K、1R、二人入居不可の物件は合いかぎのお渡しはできかねます。

二人入居が可能な物件はお渡しできますが、別途費用が発生致します。

ご入居前にご申請の場合は複製費用（物件により金額は異なります）

ご入居中にご申請の場合は複製費用と配送費（物件により金額は異なります）が発生致します。

なお、お客様ご自身での鍵の複製はご遠慮いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Spare keys are not available for the rooms for one resident.

Spare keys are available for the rooms which can accommodate more than 2 residents, however please note that an additional cost will be charged.

If you contact us before your contract starts, duplication fee will be charged.

If you contact us after your contract started, duplication fee and delivery fee will be charged.

Duplication fee and delivery fee may vary depending on each property.
