弊社提携の鍵業者の連絡先をお伝えいたしますので、お客様ご自身でご連絡いただき、解錠とシリンダー交換の手配をお願い致します。
シリンダー交換費用はお客様のご負担となります。現地にて鍵業者に直接お支払い下さい。
（交換費用は物件や鍵の仕様、シリンダーの数によって異なります）
【注意点】
※万が一紛失後に鍵が見つかった場合でも、セキュリティーやお客様の安全のため、必ずシリンダー交換が必要となります。
※キーステーションのタグ（グレーのスティック）も一緒に紛失された場合は、別途タグ代金として7,500円をお支払いいただいてから弊社提携の鍵業者の連絡先をお伝えいたします。
※管理会社へのシリンダー交換の許可が取れない場合、当日中に対応できかねる場合もございます。予めご了承ください。

We will give you the contact information of our partnered key vendor, so please contact them to arrange for unlocking and cylinder replacement.
Cylinder replacement costs will be charged to customers. Please pay directly to the key vendor on site.

【Important notes】
※Even if the key is found afterwards, the cylinder needs to be exchanged for security reasons.
※If the Key Station tag (the gray stick) is lost together with the key, you will have to pay 7,500 JPY for it. We will give you the contact information of our partnered key vendor after we confirm the payment.
※If we are not able to get permission to exchange the key cylinder from property management company, we may not be able to solve the problem within the same day.
