弊社提携の鍵業者の連絡先をお伝えいたしますので、お客様ご自身でご連絡いただき、解錠の手配をお願い致します。
解錠費用はお客様のご負担となります。現地にて鍵業者に直接お支払い下さい。
（交換費用は物件や鍵の仕様、シリンダーの数によって異なります.。）
万が一、鍵の種類などによって弊社提携の鍵業者では対応できない場合はOYO LIFEコンシェルジュまで再度お知らせ下さい。

If you left the key in the room and are unable to enter your room, please contact us here.
We will give you the contact information of our partnered key vendor, so please contact them to arrange for unlocking.
Unlocking costs will be charged to customers. Please pay directly to the key vendor on site.

In case our partnered key vendor is unable to unlock due to the type of the key cylinder, please contact our Concierge again.
