【お部屋のセンサーキーを使用する場合】
お部屋の鍵に付属されているセンサーキーをかざしてください。

【宅配ボックス専用カードキー】
お部屋に設置しておりますので、ご確認をお願いいたします。

【Code specified by courier】

There should be a slip by a courier in your mailbox, and the code should be written on it. 

If you cannot find the slip, please contact the courier or the shipping company.

【Specific code for each room】

Your code is written on the access email which we have sent you the day before your lease start date.

Please reply to this email if you are not able to find the code.

【Sensor key】

Please place the sensor key attached to the room key over the sensor.

【Card key for the delivery box】

We have prepared the card key in your room. Please use it to open the delivery box.
