清掃が明らかにされていない場合、当社にて再度清掃手配をさせていただきます。

こちらまで、清掃されていない箇所を写真送付いただきますようお願いします。

なお、ベランダやバルコニー、共用部は対応範囲外となります。

ご入居後はお客様ご自身にて清掃・管理をお願いいたします。 

シェアハウス共用部は週2回定期清掃に入らせていただきます。

If the room has not been cleaned before your move-in, we will arrange for a cleaning.

Please send us photos of the uncleaned area here.

Please note that balcony and common areas are not included for cleaning.

We may ask you to take care of it yourself.

For shared house, common area is subject to regular cleaning twice a week.
