ご契約開始日から7日以内のお客様にお限り、無料で交換対応とさせていただきます。
電球切れの場合は電球のサイズ、ワット数、口径がわかるように、
また電池の場合は電池の種類をご確認いただき、
至急配送させていただきますのでこちらまでご連絡ください。
なお、ご契約日から8日以上経過の場合は、お客様自身にてお願いをしております。

【Batteries, light bulbs】

We will exchange them for free if you contact us within 7 days from your lease start date.

If light bulb is out, please take a picture of the light bulb size, wattage, and caliber and send it to us here.

(Or in case of battery, please check the type of the battery and let us know.)

Please note that we ask you to exchange them yourself if more than 8 days have passed since the lease start date.
