部屋を汚したり破損させたりすると、ご退去時に修理費用（原状回復費用）をご負担いただく場合がございます。
日頃から清掃やお手入れをしていただきますようお願いいたします。
家具など配置を変更する際は床を傷つけないよう、毛布を敷いて移動させるなど十分に注意して行ってください。
配置を変更した際は、ご退去までに元の配置に戻していただきますようお願い致します。
Please note that you might be charged for the actual cost for cleaning and repair upon moving out if the room get damaged or dirty.
Please take a good care of the room and clean regularly.
If you change the layout of the furniture, please be careful not to damage the floor.
Also please make sure to return it to the original layout before you move out.
