【お部屋内でのルール】
（１） 玄関で靴を脱いでください。
（２）物件内へのペット等の持ち込み、または飼育は禁止です。
（３）建物内・お部屋内は禁煙です。（電子タバコを含む）
（４）近隣の方に迷惑のかかる可能性があるパーティーや大音量での音楽鑑賞、
バルコニーで大声で お話することは控えてください。
（５）弊社への申告なしに他の方が住んでいた場合は、退去をお願いする可能性があります。
（６）お部屋を出るときには必ず施錠をお願いします。
（７）午後9時から午前7時は近隣の方へご配慮いただき、できる限り静かにするようにしてください。
（８）ゴミの分別にご協力ください。ゴミの分別方法は「入居方法のご案内 」メールに添付してあります
「プロパティーガイドライン」を ご確認ください。
（９）盗難・紛失などが発生した場合、弊社として責任を負わないものとします。
（１０）Wi-Fi機器を含む当社の備品は持ち出さないでください。
（１１）節電・節水のご協力をお願いします。
【Rules in the room】
（１）Please take your shoes off when entering the room.
（２）Pets are not allowed in any properties.
（３）Smoking including e-cigarette is strictly prohibited in all areas in any properties, including inside rooms, balcony and common area.
（４）Please refrain from parties, loud music, or speaking loudly, since it may bother your neighbors.
（５）If anybody who is not on the contract lives without our permission, you may be forced to move out.
（６）Please make sure to lock the door when you leave the room.
（７）Please be considerate of your neighbors and be as quiet as possible from 9 PM to 7 AM.
（８）Please cooperate in separating the garbage. For information on how to separate trash, please refer to the "Property Guidelines" attached to the access email.
（９）We will not be liable for any theft or loss of your belongings.
（１０）Please do not take any equipment outside the room including Wi-Fi device.
（１１）Your cooperation on conserving water and electricity is much appreciated.
