【ゴミ置き場や収集日】
ゴミ捨て場や曜日に関しましては、契約開始日前日に送付させていただきました入居案内メールに添付されているプロパティーガイドラインをご確認ください。
また、曜日に関してはそれぞれの地域ごと（区や市）のホームページでもご確認いただけます。
【ルール】
ゴミはお客様ご自身にて責任をもって処理をお願いします。
入居する地域によってゴミ袋、収集日・集積所・出し方 が異なりますので、確認し分別したうえで捨てて下さい。
自治会および清掃局の規則を守らない場合は、ゴミだしが禁止になる場合がございます。
その場合、個人が ゴミ収集業者に委託しなければならなくなり、費用は 自己負担となりますのでご留意ください。
また、粗大ごみがある場合は退去日までに必ず回収されるよう、清掃局、清掃事務局に連絡していただきますようお願いいたします。

For the location of the garbage storage and days of the week, please check the property guidelines attached to the access email that was sent the day before your lease start date.

【Rules】
You are responsible for your own garbage.
The trash bags, collection days, collection points, and disposal methods differ depending on the area you live in, so please check them and separate your trash accordingly before discarding them.
If you do not follow the rules, garbage disposal may be prohibited.
In that case, please note that individuals will have to outsource to a garbage collector and the cost will be borne by themselves.
If you have any oversized garbage, please contact the cleaning department of the city to get them collected by the day you move out.
