【共用部】
・集合ポストに投函されているDMやチラシなどは、各自で部屋に持ち帰り処分して下さい。
・共用部や通路に空き缶・空き瓶等のゴミ、私物、不要物、危険物を放置すると非常に危険です。火災や放火の原因となる場合があります。放置している場合は、速やかに撤去いただきますようお願い致します。
・傘をガスチャンバー、パイプスペースに置いたり掛けたりしますと錆の原因となり、 ご契約者様に鉄部塗装の費用を負担して頂く事がありますのでご注意ください。
【バルコニー】
・建物の窓から紙やタバコの吸い殻等を投げ捨てないで下さい。
・ベランダやバルコニーに私物を放置しますと外観が損ねるほか、放火の原因にもなりますのでお控えください。
【Common area】
・Please take mails or flyers that are posted in your mailbox to your room and dispose of them.
・It is extremely dangerous to leave empty cans or bottles, personal belongings, unnecessary items, and dangerous items in common areas and passages since it may cause a fire. If left unattended, please remove it immediately.
・Please note that placing or hanging umbrellas in the gas chamber or pipe space may cause rust, and you may be responsible for the cost of painting the iron part.
【Balcony】
・Please do not throw away paper or cigarettes from window or balcony.
・Do not leave personal items on the balcony, as this may damage the appearance and cause a fire.
