下記事項をご確認ください。

①アンテナは正しくつながっていますか

②電源プラグは正しくつながっていますか

③テレビ本体にB-CASカードがきちんと挿し込まれているか確認してください。

「B-CASカードを挿入してください」と表示がでましたら、カードが挿入されているか確認をし、

B-CASお客様サポートまでお問い合わせください。

④「地上波」「BS/CS」の各アンテナ端子が正しく接続されていますか

⑤地デジ設定になっていますか

⑥初期設定にてお住いの地域が正しく選択されているかご確認ください。

上記で解決できない場合はこちらまでお問い合わせください。

1.Please check if the TV antenna/aerial is properly connected.

2. Please check if the power plug is properly connected.

3. Please check if the B-CAS card is properly inserted in the TV.

4. Please check if the "地上波 (terrestrial)" and "BS/CS" antenna terminals properly connected.

5. Please check if it is set to "地デジ(terrestrial)".

6. Please make sure that the area you live in is selected correctly in the initial settings.
