領収書および契約書はオンラインでの対応となります。 

書面での発行および郵送は行っておりませんので予めご了承下さい。

初回の賃料の領収書は、お支払い頂いた後に送信される、

【OYO LIFE】お支払いが完了しました。<Property name> [Payment Confirmation]

の件名のメールに添付がございます。

また契約書は、

【OYO LIFE】契約締結のご案内[Information of Contract]

の件名のメールより<契約へ進む>をクリックしていただきますと、契約書がご覧いただけます。

またページ最下部の<こちらをクリック>よりダウンロードもしていただけます。

月々の賃料の領収書につきましては、当社にお支払い頂きました場合は、お支払い完了後にお送りするメールに添付がございます。

月々の賃料を保証会社にお支払い頂く契約のお客様は、領収書につきましては保証会社に直接お問い合わせください。

Receipt and contract will be issued only online. Please note that we do not mail it in writing.

You may find your receipt for the initial payment attached to the email "【OYO LIFE】お支払いが完了しました。<Property name> [Payment Confirmation]" which is sent to you after you complete the initial payment.

Also you may find your contract in the email "【OYO LIFE】契約締結のご案内[Information of Contract]". 

Please click on "Proceed to Contract" and you are able to download it by clicking "こちらをクリック" on the bottom of the page.

Regarding receipts for monthly rent payment, it is attached to the email you receive after you settle the payment if you pay directly to OYO LIFE.

If you pay monthly payment to a guarantee company, please contact them for receipts.
