ご退去の際は、契約終了日28日前（一般契約の方は10日前、3日前にも併せて送付）に送付されたメール本文に記載されている退去フォームに沿って、お部屋の状況の写真を撮り、フォームに写真をアップロードして下さい。

※お住まいの物件から鍵返却場所まで距離がある場合は、鍵の写真パートはスキップして、一度フォームを提出してください。その後鍵を返却される際、お部屋の写真パートはスキップして、鍵の写真のみアップロードし再び提出してください。

フォームの提出、鍵のご返却をもって退去完了とさせて頂きます。

契約終了日の18時までに鍵を返却をし、フォームを提出してください。

（物件情報ページに別途退去時間の指定がある場合は、そちらに従ってください。）

契約終了日よりも早くご退去された場合、フォームをご提出いただいた後でも自動送信のメールにて退去のご案内が送付されることがございますが、すでにご対応頂いていましたらご放念ください。

また、ご退去後のお部屋のチェックののち追加の請求がない場合は、弊社から退去完了等のご連絡は差し上げておりませんのでご了承ください。

When moving out, please take pictures of the room and upload them to the Move-out form, which you can find in the email sent to you 28 days before your lease end date.

※If your key returning location is far from the property, please skip the key part and submit the form once after the room pictures part. When you return the key, please skip the room pictures part and upload only the key picture and submit the form.

Your check-out will be completed after your submission of the form.

Please return the key and submit the form by 6 PM on your lease end date.

(In case your property information page shows other time range for check-out, please follow it.)

If you move out earlier than your lease end date, you might receive emails regarding check-out. 

Please dismiss them if you have completed check-out already.

Please note that we will not contact you unless there is any damage, loss of items or left items after we check the room.
