ご契約締結後の中途解約につきましては、下記の注意事項をご確認・ご理解頂いた上でお申込み下さい。

1. 早期退去希望日は、ご契約開始日から31日目以降に限ります。 

2. 早期退去は30日前までのご申告が必要となります。 

3. ご契約内容により早期解約違約金として1か月分の賃料が発生いたします。契約書の内容はお客様によって異なる場合がございますので、ご自身のご契約書の中途解約（第12条又は第13条） をご確認下さい。

4. クーポンコードを使用して減額された全家賃及び共益費に相当する金員を違約金として別途お支払いいただきます。

5. 早期退去お申込日は、下記フォームの送信完了の日付となります。

中途解約お申込みをご希望の方は、早期退去お申込みフォームのご送信をお願い致します。

フォームをご送信いただきましたら、弊社コンシェルジュより、早期退去の詳細について近日中にご登録のメールアドレスにご連絡致します。

ご確認いただき、3日以内にご返信をお願い致します。

3日以内にご返信いただけない場合は、お手続きを進めることができませんので、ご契約終了日まで毎月の賃料および共益費が発生いたします。

その後、再度早期退去をご希望の場合は、新たにフォームをご送信いただく必要がございますので、予めご了承ください。

If you wish to terminate your contract earlier than your original lease end date, please apply after confirming and understanding the following precautions.

1. Minimum 31 days of stay duration is required prior to early termination .

2. 30 days prior notification is required. 

3. Additional one month of the rent will be charged as an early termination fee. Please check your own contract since it may vary depending on each contract.

4. In case you applied for a specific coupon or any campaign rate, you are required to pay back the amount that has been discounted from the original price.

5. The date of submission of this form will be considered as the date of notification of your early move out.

Our Concierge team will get back to you with an email to your registered email address as soon as we check the details. 

Once our Concierge team get back to you, please reply to the email within 3 days to complete the early move out process.

Please note that we will not proceed and your original contract remains if you do not reply within 3 days.

If you would like to apply again for early move-out after that, you will have to submit the form again.
